Chai & Macadamia Nougat
This nougat may have taken its inspiration from Chai latte, but has now found its own personality.
Indeed, the combination of macadamia nuts, with their rich creamy undertone, give enough crunch to balance the carefully selected amount of spices we add to our chai mix.
As ever with our nougat, it's all about the balance of flavours and the after taste.
So you should expect to taste an harmonious blend of ginger, cardamon, nutmeg, pepper, cinnamon, and vanilla (to name a few), yet still get that nougat experience with its soft and chewy texture, and the underlying taste of honey.
1 x nougat bar (min. 75g). Hand cut into single bars.
Ingredients: sugar, macadamia, glucose, NZ honey, white chocolate [sugar, NZ milk powder, pure cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanilla flavour], free range egg whites, cardamon, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, clove, nutmeg, vanilla flavour, wafer paper [potato starch, water, olive oil]
